1. Engagement Scope & Milestone Architecture

All software engineering, full-stack WordPress architecture, Flutter mobile app development, and AI autonomous system builds conducted by CodeHubb adhere strictly to agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) milestone schedules. Each milestone includes clear technical deliverables and verifiable acceptance criteria.

2. 100% Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

Upon final settlement of milestone invoices, the client receives 100% unrestricted ownership of all bespoke source code, database architectures, Elementor container layouts, graphics assets, and system configurations. CodeHubb retains zero technical lock-in or proprietary licensing claims over custom client builds.

3. Zero-Defect Delivery & Quality Assurance Guarantee

CodeHubb operates under strict Zero-Defect Delivery protocols. Every production release undergoes multi-layer automated syntax, linting, regression, and cross-browser responsiveness verification prior to staging handover. We provide a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty for any defect arising from original architectural scope.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Standards

For clients enrolled in dedicated Cloud SLA and Infrastructure Management tiers, CodeHubb guarantees a 99.8% monthly uptime benchmark for hosted environments, backed by proactive distributed telemetry and under-2-hour emergency escalation response.

5. Limitation of Liability

CodeHubb is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party vendor downtime (e.g. AWS, Cloudflare, payment gateway outages), unauthorized client modifications to root configurations, or force majeure events.
