Overview

About this project

Forge Fitness is a gym website for a training facility that had relied entirely on Instagram. The site publishes everything a prospective member actually needs — class schedules, ladies-only hours, membership plans with monthly and yearly pricing, trainer profiles and a BMI calculator — and sends trial bookings to WhatsApp. It gives the gym a permanent, searchable home that an Instagram grid never could.

The challenge

The problem it solves

Instagram showed the gym's energy but answered none of the practical questions: when are classes, what does membership cost, are there ladies-only hours and women trainers, what should a beginner expect? Enquiries arrived as scattered DMs, most people never got complete answers, and walk-ins arrived unready and unconvinced. The challenge was to build the gym's missing front desk — a site that publishes timings, prices and facilities honestly, reassures women members about separate facilities and women coaches, and converts curiosity into booked trial visits.

What we built

Features that do the work

Class schedule with ladies-only hours

The full weekly timetable is published, with ladies-only training hours clearly marked — the detail women members check first and Instagram never showed.

Membership plans with monthly / yearly toggle

Plans are listed with a monthly and discounted yearly view, so pricing questions are answered on the page instead of in DMs.

BMI calculator

An interactive BMI calculator gives visitors a personal starting point and a natural reason to book a consultation.

Trainer profiles

Coaches — including the gym's women trainers for the ladies' facility — are introduced with their specialities, so members choose who they will train with.

Facility gallery

Real photography of the training floor, equipment and separate women's facility replaces guesswork with proof.

Trial booking on WhatsApp

A free-trial action opens WhatsApp with the visit request pre-written, turning browsers into scheduled walk-ins.

Project journey

How Forge Fitness got here

  1. October 2026

    Concept & design

The design brief was a dark, high-energy training aesthetic — but the structure came first: schedules, ladies-only hours and prices placed where a deciding visitor looks for them.

  2. October 2026

    Build

Schedules, plans with the monthly/yearly toggle, the BMI calculator, trainer profiles and the gallery were built, with trial bookings routed to WhatsApp.

  3. October 2026

    Quality pass

Every page was reworked to the studio standard: real photography instead of placeholders, technical and on-page SEO throughout, equal-height aligned layouts, and the content rules applied across the whole site.

  4. 21 October 2026

    Launched live

Forge Fitness went live at forge.mindcraftsai.com — the gym's first real home beyond Instagram.

Current status

Where it stands today

Live at forge.mindcraftsai.com. Visitors check class timings and ladies-only hours, try the BMI calculator, and walk in ready to join rather than to ask questions.

Next step: Class timetables and seasonal offers can be updated as the gym's programme changes; trainer profiles are ready to grow with the team.

Client words

What the client says

★★★★★
“I will be honest, I thought Instagram was enough for a gym. It is not. People check the class timings and the ladies-only hours here, try the BMI calculator, and walk in ready to join. We get fewer time-wasters and more actual members.”
